You know when you walk into a space and you instantly feel at ease and like you want to be there all the time? Well, that's Jujubeet Cafe in Bellevue. Designed by H2 Design + Build, the modern yet rustic, clean with a little bit of edge-feel will instantly inspire your next business meeting, get-together with your best friend, or maybe just your appetite.
Jujubeet has juice bars throughout Seattle, but the new Main Street Bellevue location is their first cafe! And I have a feeling it will not be their last. The menu is what dreams are made of. Get a green juice, or my personal favorite: the Carrot Zinger. Come in for breakfast for a myriad of bowls to satisfy any craving. Order a salad or a crepe for lunch (still healthy). And I never thought I would say this, but I actually crave their cashew cheese. The basil-pesto is my favorite, but the truffle and cracked pepper flavors are right up there.
Order a coffee, get a wellness shot to go, or even a glass of local Washington wine! I'm telling you, they have it all. Living in Seattle, I don't get to Bellevue much, but I find myself actually plotting ways I can run all my errands on the eastside so I can stop at Jujubeet. Go. Now.
